Through the window, Caydance and Mei entered the studio/workshop together. It was a quiet place to meet. "My brother Jack and his colleague Nico St. Denis are on their way today to Nico's Uncle Henri's chateau in Dijon. I can now tell you that they are hoping to soon find Ted Treharne alive, somwhere in the vicinity of Reims."
"My firm has finished our initial plans for the hotel renovation. It is not a given that they will be accepted, but if they are, we will start in the spring. Might this cause a delay?"
Caydance did not yet know the exact contents of Ted's grandfather's Will. "I don't know. But we will keep you informed. I understand that you are working with the Hotel Manager who has control of the project."
"Yes, but the hotel Board will have the final say. I think it is chaired by a Lawyer in LA."
"While I still have access, Jack suggests that I make sure there is nothing we have missed. There is one area that we I have not investigated-- that place beside the window where there is an easel and on it a drawing that does not look as if it was done by Ted Treharne."
